Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in hiring for technical and niche roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, and the ability to hire in fast-paced, startup environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (AI, Cybersecurity, Geospatial, Software Development, Data, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with stakeholders.
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and high-demand roles.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Track hiring metrics and provide regular recruitment reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience hiring for IT, AI, Cybersecurity, Geospatial, or Engineering roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of diversity hiring and recruitment best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup or technology-driven organization.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and hiring metrics.
- Exposure to compensation benchmarking.
- HR or Talent Acquisition certifications (AIRS, PHR, SHRM) are a plus.
