Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires, bulk hiring, and volume hiring across various levels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Design and implement effective talent sourcing strategies to attract top candidates from diverse sources.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize the process accordingly.

Job Requirements :

• 4.5-7.5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (IT Services & Consulting).
• Proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment campaigns with multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management principles and ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Experience in designing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies using various channels.
