Talent Acquisition Specialist

Handle recruitment for both IT and non-IT positions across different sectors and functions.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Negotiate compensation, notice period, and other relevant employment terms.

Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

Coordinate offer releases, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.

Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring-status reports to management.

Develop a strong understanding of different job profiles, required skill sets, and market availability Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Proven experience handling both IT and non-IT recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple sectors, departments, and job levels.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate-management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder-management skills.
• Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
