Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description-

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring, building talent pipelines, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Drive bulk hiring and volume recruitment for operational and business-critical roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Review employment applications and support background verification activities.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation and induction support.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure hiring records are up to date.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring/volume hiring.
• MBA/BBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and social media hiring.
• Good understanding of interview and candidate assessment techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
