Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels.
• Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Drive screening, interview coordination, selection and offer processes.
• Strengthen hiring through multiple sourcing channels and networks.
• Ensure timely closure of critical positions while maintaining quality of hire.
• Build strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and track key hiring metrics.
