Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Build and execute long-term talent acquisition strategies and hiring forecasts aligned with business goals. [1, 2, 3]
• Employer Branding: Lead employment branding initiatives across social media, job boards, and career fairs to position the company as an employer of choice. [1, 2, 3]
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job descriptions and sourcing to candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. [1, 2, 3]
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide recruiting personnel, delegating tasks based on team strengths. [1, 2, 3]
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and positive experience for every candidate from initial contact to onboarding. [1, 2]
• Data & Metrics: Track recruitment metrics (such as time-to-hire and source-of-hire) to optimize hiring efficiency and processes. [1, 2]

Requirements and Skills

• Experience: Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar recruitment leadership role.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing tactics, and employment legislation.
• Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking sites like LinkedIn.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field
