Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various roles within the organization through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences for each position, ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress updates from recruiters and coordinating schedules with hiring teams.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (non IT).
• Strong understanding of non technical recruitment processes including talent sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
