Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals across various technologies and ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video screening and coordinate technical interviews.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms with candidates.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment status in the ATS/CRM.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, clients, and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates regularly until joining.
• Maintain accurate daily recruitment reports and trackers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing and closure targets.

Mandatory Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, etc.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in salary negotiation and offer closure.
• Ability to work under targets and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT staffing / recruitment consultancy.
• Experience handling multiple client requirements simultaneously.
• Knowledge of contract and permanent hiring.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
