Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to drive end-to-end recruitment for hotel operations and support functions. The role will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring quality talent across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, and other hotel departments while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and adherence to hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hotel operational and corporate support roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, hospitality institutes, employee referrals, campus hiring, recruitment partners, and direct sourcing.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for critical hotel positions including Front Office Associates, Guest Relations Executives, F&B Service Associates, Chefs, Housekeeping Associates, Sales Managers, and Department Heads.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, competencies, cultural fit, and hospitality service orientation.
• Conduct HR interviews to evaluate communication skills, guest service mindset, attitude, and organizational fit.
• Coordinate interviews and assessment processes with department heads and hotel leadership.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining hiring quality and SLA adherence.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

• Partner with Hotel General Managers, Department Heads, and Regional HR teams to understand workforce requirements.
• Provide regular hiring updates and market intelligence to stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build relationships with hospitality institutes, colleges, and training partners to strengthen the talent pipeline.
