Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, campus hiring and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and pipelines.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Coordinate offer discussions, joining formalities and documentation.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
• Coordinate training schedules for new joiners.
• Work closely with different departments to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare regular recruitment updates and reports.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and hiring practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring timelines.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR databases.
• Experience in technical/industrial recruitment will be an added advantage.
