Position: Talent Acquisition Executive MBA Fresher

Location: Hyderabad / Corporate Office

Experience: Fresher (MBA/PGDM – HR)

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and HODs/Management.

Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.

Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and joining.

Support onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.

Coordinate with internal departments for manpower requirements.

Maintain proper recruitment records and databases.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Good MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
