Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes. You will be responsible for identifying top talent, building strong pipelines, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience across technical and non-technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment - from sourcing to offer closure - for various roles across departments
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide hiring strategies
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking channels
• Conduct screening calls, assess candidate fit, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
• Manage candidate pipeline using an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, etc.)
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and share weekly recruitment status reports and dashboards
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
• Support workforce planning and forecasting efforts when needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/platforms
• Hands-on experience in hiring for technical and non-technical positions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles at once
• Experience with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startup or high-growth environments
• Exposure to employer branding and social hiring
• Understanding of market trends and compensation benchmarks
• 3 - 6 a year
