Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
• Analyze metrics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 5-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (IT Services & Consulting).
• Strong understanding of Recruitment Life Cycle from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Excellent Communication Skills with ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles through effective stakeholder management.
