Location: Bommasandra, Bengaluru
Working Days: MondaySaturday | Alternate Saturdays Off
Experience: 3–5 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants & networking
• Screen, assess and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases and hiring reports
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless onboarding

IDEAL CANDIDATE
3–5 years of recruitment experience
Automobile / Manufacturing recruitment experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to independently manage multiple positions
Good knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals & sourcing techniques
Any Graduate
