Role & responsibilities-

Recruitment & Selection

Develop and administer sourcing strategies for identifying and recruiting potential new hires

Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process including building a stead, proactive pipeline of qualified candidates.

Gain a deep understanding of Turner & Townsend's products, culture and business needs

Responsible for full array of recruitment functions from drafting advertisements, sourcing candidates, short-listing, pre-qualification, arranging interviews, managing offers, negotiation and on board process

Provide talent mapping and building talent pools in dedicated job industry

Provide consultative skills and the ability to work within a professional services environment, with an emphasis on delivering quality outcomes in a timely manner

Provide coaching and assistance to Hiring Managers as required to successfully negotiate the end-to end recruitment process from requisition creation through candidates' offer acceptance

Responsible for all Recruitment activities including Employee Referral program, campus recruitments across offices in India

Take responsibility for optimal utilizing recruitment software and databases for efficient management and regular reporting of recruitment deliverables

Assist in reference checks, offer letter administration and personnel file management

Track candidate progress and provide timely frequent feedback reports to key stakeholders

Contribute to employer branding initiatives

Support Human Resources Manager on certain operational level activities.
