Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
  
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of End-To-End Recruitment processes including sourcing, interview coordination, offer management etc.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement throughout the recruitment cycle.
