Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a thoughtful, high-ownership Talent Acquisition professional who cares equally about hiring great people and creating a great experience for them. This role requires someone who can work closely with the team and hiring managers, understand what they are truly looking for, and take ownership of the hiring process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end hiring, sourcing, screening, coordination, follow-ups, and closure.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand roles beyond the JD.
• Identify and engage strong candidates through thoughtful sourcing.
• Conduct candidate conversations with empathy, curiosity, and good judgment.
• Build genuine relationships with candidates and ensure a strong candidate experience, including timely communication and feedback.
• Keep the team closely updated on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
• Take ownership of roles rather than waiting for instructions at every step.

Requirements:

• Ideally 2-3 years of strong talent acquisition/recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Empathy and people sensitivity: this is important to us.
• High ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.
• A strong learner who is curious, receptive to feedback, and wants to grow quickly.
• Comfortable working closely with a fast-moving team.
