Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview :

8 Views is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and drive hiring across non-IT, creative, marketing, digital, business, and client-facing functions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys headhunting, proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and understanding unique talent profiles rather than following a conventional recruitment approach.

Important: Candidates whose recruitment experience is entirely or predominantly IT/technical hiring (Software Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.) are not the right fit for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-IT roles across marketing, creative, operations, and business functions.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, communities, niche platforms, and other creative sourcing channels.
• Hire for roles such as Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Client Servicing, and Operations.
• Conduct headhunting and passive candidate sourcing for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
• Understand hiring requirements beyond the JD and identify candidates based on skills, potential, culture fit, and role relevance.
• Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and drive offer-to-joining processes.
• Ensure a positive, transparent, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand evolving talent requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and track metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Source of Hire, Offer-to-Joining, and Quality of Hire.
• Represent 8 Views and communicate our culture and employee value proposition effectively to prospective candidates.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / Full-Cycle Recruiting.
• Strong experience in non-IT recruitment is essential.
• Experience hiring for Marketing, Creative, Digital, Business, Operations, or Client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with the ability to identify passive candidates.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and other recruitment platforms.
• Ability to understand and evaluate creative and non-technical skill sets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly adaptable with a proactive and growth-oriented approach.
• Startup or agency recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
