About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring across technical and non-technical roles.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for internal hiring requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring channels
• Screen and shortlist relevant profiles based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview process
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring cycle
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Ensure good candidate experience and timely closures
• Support employer branding and hiring initiatives when required

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of recruitment and sourcing strategies
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
• Experience in hiring for IT and/or Non-IT roles
• Good understanding of screening and interview coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Experience in internal/corporate hiring preferred
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
