Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and creative Talent Acquisition & Social Media Executive who can manage employee hiring while also handling the companys social media presence and online engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition / Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and corporate staff.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local hiring channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.
• Ensure timely hiring as per business requirements.

Social Media Management

• Manage OYE! CHACHA social media accounts.
• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
• Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and videos.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries.
• Monitor social media trends and implement relevant content ideas.
• Track engagement, reach, followers, and overall social media performance.
• Support promotional campaigns, offers, events, and franchise-related marketing.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and interviewing.
• Strong social media understanding.
• Creative thinking and content ideas.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Experience1–3 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Social Media Management, or a similar role.

Freshers with strong communication and social media skills may also apply.
