Designation: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Cafes.
• Source and screen candidates across multiple channels.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring with stakeholders.
• Build talent pipelines and ensure timely closures.
• Handle offer rollouts and pre-joining engagement.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in QSR, Retail, Hospitality, or high-volume hiring preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and sourcing skills.
