Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and corporate positions.

Understand hiring requirements and Job Descriptions from hiring managers.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels .

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls/interviews.

Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, salary, notice period, and job requirements .

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.

Negotiate salary and support the offer and joining process.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Support bulk hiring and urgent recruitment requirements when required. Preferred Experience: Candidates with recruitment experience in the Automotive / Automobile / Manufacturing / Engineering industry will be preferred.
