Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, with a primary focus on hiring talent for our broking, sales, relationship management, dealing, operations, and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, preferably within the stock broking, BFSI, financial services, wealth management, or related industries, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer release and joining.
• Understand hiring requirements from business/department heads and prepare appropriate recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, salary expectations, and role suitability.
• Conduct initial HR discussions and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage recruitment for roles such as:
• Relationship Managers
• Equity/Commodity Dealers
• Sales Executives
• Business Development Managers
• Branch Managers
• Equity/Mutual Fund/Insurance Sales professionals
• Operations & Back Office
• Customer Service
• Risk & Compliance
• Finance and Corporate functions
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for recurring and critical positions.
• Negotiate compensation and manage the offer-to-join process.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth joining and reduce offer dropouts.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and track TAT, source effectiveness, hiring numbers, and joining ratios.
• Coordinate with HR Operations for documentation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as required.
