Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in pharmaceutical industry hiring, especially at middle and senior management levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring we attract top-tier talent in areas such as Sales & Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, QA/QC, and other key pharma functions.

Required Skills

• Proven experience hiring for middle and senior management roles.
• Strong understanding of pharma functions and organizational structures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, recruitment tools, and MS Office suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Collaborate with HR Head to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.

II. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, internal databases, headhunting, and networking.

III. Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and interest.

IV. Coordinate and schedule interviews with functional heads and leadership teams.

V. Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

VI. Maintain and update candidate database and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.

VII. Build a strong talent pipeline for niche pharma roles and leadership positions.

VIII. Stay updated with trends in pharmaceutical hiring and talent availability.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring standards.

Experience: 3-5 yrs in Pharmaceutical Recruitment

Qualification: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources
