Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us attract and hire the right talent for our organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements from different departments and hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with the respective hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer letter processes.
• Maintain a strong database and pipeline of potential candidates for critical positions.
• Work on improving recruitment strategies and reducing hiring turnaround time.
• Build a strong employer brand to attract quality talent.
• Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good knowledge of job portals, especially Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
