Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Develop sourcing strategies, manage job portals, consultants, and recruitment channels.
• Handle bulk, lateral, and critical hiring as per business requirements.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Handle HR operations including attendance, leave, employee records, and documentation.
• Support performance management, employee relations, and grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.
• Maintain HR MIS and recruitment dashboards; track key hiring metrics.
• Partner with business/department heads for manpower planning and HR support.

Preferred candidate profile

• MSW / MBA in HR, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in stainless steel industry, SMS, Wire Rod Mill, Bright Bar, Seamless Pipe, Forging Etc..
• Proficiency in SAP, MS office
