We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to support end-to-end recruitment activities across business units. The role requires strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, vendor coordination, recruitment analytics, and a compliance-driven approach to hiring.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent market intelligence, employer branding initiatives, candidate assessment, onboarding coordination, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Execute sourcing strategies aligned with hiring plans and business requirements.
• Build robust talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, vendor partners, and networking channels.
• Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined timelines and budgets.
• Drive candidate engagement and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Assessment & Candidate Evaluation

• Conduct candidate screening and qualification assessments.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and assessment processes with hiring managers.
• Maintain assessment documentation and ensure compliance with hiring guidelines.
• Focus on quality of hire and channel effectiveness.

Employer Branding

• Support campus and lateral hiring initiatives.
• Partner with employer branding teams to improve candidate attraction strategies.
• Enhance visibility of Infosys BPM as an employer of choice across talent channels.

Research, Analytics & Benchmarking

• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence research.
• Identify innovative recruitment practices and recommend process improvements.
• Leverage recruitment analytics to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.

Onboarding & Candidate Experience

• Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities.
• Address candidate queries within defined response timelines.
• Ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to joining.
• Support initiatives focused on improving new hire satisfaction and reducing early attrition.

Vendor Management

• Engage and manage recruitment vendors and partners.
• Monitor SLA adherence and quality of profiles submitted.
• Build strong vendor relationships to improve sourcing outcomes.

Technology & Process Enablement

• Utilize recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems, and hiring tools effectively.
• Support recruitment automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Drive recruitment cycle-time improvements through technology adoption.

MIS & Reporting

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and dashboards.
• Generate hiring reports and recruitment metrics for leadership reviews.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to reporting timelines.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to Talent Acquisition policies, process controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and audit readiness.
• Drive compliance with organizational hiring standards and SLAs.

Work from Office

Initially this will be 6months contract base role (payroll will be crown solutions)
