Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage bulk hiring campaigns for Non IT services and Sales , ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Stake holder.
• Conduct sales recruitment activities to identify top talent in the market and attract them to join the company's team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies that meet business objectives.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in sales recruitment , volume hiring or BPO hiring.
• Proven track record of success in managing large-scale recruitment campaigns for IT professionals.
• Strong understanding of the Indian job market trends and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
