Talent Acquisition Specialist

The person will primarily be accountable for managing risk & governance for TA function across 8 countries (See list of activities below. This is a high level list)

Communication Skills, confidence, executive presence are important as a lot of communication is involved with Talent Acquisition Heads in 8 countries and their teams

Joining timelines: as soon as possible

Past experience in Talent Acquisition / Risk & Governance preferred

1. Risk and Governance ownership for the region
• Track all internal issues and MSII to completion with a monthly governance framework
• Assurance audits monthly with actions and implementation
• Own queries and process updates for all countries, Ensure all actions are completed on time
• Refresher Trainings for Recruiters
• Monitoring employee files closure and vetting status for all countries
• Implementation of global change deployments for the region
• Represent region in global forums for change and implementation instances
