Titan Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to join our Human Resources - Talent Acquisition team at Juinagar, Navi Mumbai.

Position: Officer / Senior Officer / Executive Talent Acquisition
Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai (HO)
Qualification: BMS / MBA HR
Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry: Pharmaceutical

Job Overview:

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for pharmaceutical manufacturing and corporate functions, ensuring timely closure of positions and hiring quality talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing & corporate functions
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals & consultants
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
Coordinate interviews and selection processes
Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiations & onboarding
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
Prepare recruitment MIS and maintain candidate databases
Support employer branding & campus hiring initiatives
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
