Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the BFSI sector, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability for positions.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize processes.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in banking recruitment or BFSI recruitment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
