Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Manage bulk hiring processes for multiple positions within a short span of time.
• Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or related field (talent acquisition).
• Strong understanding of sourcing profiles and ability to source candidates from diverse sources.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to conduct effective interviews.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously during peak periods like bulk hiring.
