Talent Acquisition Specialist

We at VIBGYOR Group of Schools is hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Job Location:: Malad West

Candidates having experience from education industry is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure candidate information is accurately recorded and updated throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
• Provide administrative support in various recruitment activities, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
• Assisting in other HR functions as & when required.
