Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Handle IT hiring across technologies such as Java, .NET, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, AI/ML, and other niche skills.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period, compensation, and role fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews and manage the candidate interview lifecycle.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide suitable profiles.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts, counteroffers, and closures.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and regular hiring reports.
• Meet defined TAT, hiring targets, and quality-of-hire metrics.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience handling multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
• Good negotiation and offer-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
