Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or BFSI hiring. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management for niche banking and financial services positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Investment Banking and Financial Services roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and market mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche mandates.
• Drive offer negotiations and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience hiring for Investment Banking, Capital Markets, BFSI, or Financial Services roles.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
