Role & responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations, to identify and attract top technical talent both

domestically and internationally.

• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills,

experience, and cultural fit with our organization.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers,

ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all parties involved.

• Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages, and

facilitating the preparation and delivery of employment offers.

• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical professionals in both national and international markets.

• Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers
