Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for technical roles within the IT industry through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Analyze candidate feedback from interviews and provide recommendations on final selection decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing agency background preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT hiring processes, including technical hiring methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
