Talent Acquisition Specialist

Recruitment:

• Sourcing the candidates as per vacancies &Process recruitment as per the MRF raised (New & Replacement)
• Source and attract candidates by using databases-Referrals & social media
• Screen candidates resumes and applications received
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Coordinating with heads of the depts for interview process
• Verification of documents age, qualifications, experience & last work place salary and relieving letter etc.
• Arranging final round and taking approvals of selected candidates with approving authority.
• Mainly Sourcing the candidates for Non-Medical recruitment.
• Document collection from shortlisted candidates
• Arranging files with all relevant documents as per NABH standards
• Recruitment MIS

Employee Creation:

• Employee Creation in Adrenalin Software.
• Employee movement and deactivation and Password Reset in Adrenalin Software.
• Employee Reentries in Adrenalin Software if there is any Issues.
