Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various positions within the organization through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Analyze data on candidate flow, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rates to optimize the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (recruiting).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external partners (candidates).
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
