Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from requisition to candidate joining, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment databases, trackers, MIS reports and monitor metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness and offer-to-join ratios.
• Partner with hiring managers and functional stakeholders to understand manpower needs, job specifications and recruitment priorities.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs while ensuring compliance with company policies.
