Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Search job boards, professional networks, and databases to find qualified candidates.
• Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess basic qualifications.
• Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Pipeline Tracking: Update candidate statuses and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Branding: Assist with campus recruitment drives and employer branding projects.

Requirements:

• Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organization, and attention to detail.
• Mindset: Eager to learn, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
