Role Purpose

HRIS Odoo, Darwinbox preferred The HR Recruiter will own and execute the hiring agenda for a construction chemicals manufacturing business in Hyderabad. The role is focused on timely closure of business-critical roles across sales, plant, projects, R&D, quality, procurement, finance, corporate and support functions. The resource is expected to bring strong sourcing discipline, stakeholder follow-through, candidate engagement and recruitment reporting, while working closely with business leaders and the HR Operations team.

Key Outcomes Expected

• Build a dependable hiring engine for corporate, plant, technical, projects and sales roles.

• Reduce hiring turnaround time through sharper sourcing, screening and interview coordination.

• Create role-wise talent pools for recurring positions in sales, quality, production, R&D and projects.

• Improve candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance and pre-joining engagement.

• Maintain clear recruitment MIS, hiring funnel visibility and weekly closure reporting.

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to understand open roles, replacement requirements, expansion hiring and priority mandates. • Convert manpower requirements into clear job descriptions, sourcing briefs, screening criteria and interview plans.

• Run end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer release and pre-joining handover.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, consultants, local networks, campus or institute connects and direct outreach.

• Hire across sales, technical sales, plant operations, production, quality control, R&D, procurement, logistics, projects, finance, HR and administration roles.

• Screen candidates for experience relevance, sector exposure, compensation fitment, notice period, location preference and stability.

• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, schedule technical and management rounds, and prevent candidate drop-offs. • Support offer discussions, compensation benchmarking inputs, negotiation and closure documentation.

• Coordinate with external recruitment consultants, monitor their performance and ensure quality shortlists.

• Maintain recruitment trackers with stage-wise status, ageing, source effectiveness, offer pipeline and joining risk.

• Drive pre-joining engagement, document collection coordination and handover to HR Operations for onboarding.

• Support employer branding initiatives such as job posts, candidate communication templates, hiring collateral and referral drives.

Functional Scope of Hiring

• Technical and application support roles requiring product, site or contractor-facing experience.

• Manufacturing roles across production, packing, maintenance, stores, quality and dispatch.

• R&D, laboratory, QC and technical services roles with chemistry / materials / formulation exposure.

• Corporate roles across finance, procurement, customer service, HR, administration and leadership support. Odoo / Darwinbox Exposure

• Preferred experience using Odoo HR / Recruitment modules for applicant tracking, candidate records, employee master handover, approvals or HR workflows.

• Preferred experience using Darwinbox for recruitment workflows, candidate database, offer process, onboarding triggers or employee lifecycle workflows.

• Ability to maintain clean candidate data, upload documents, update hiring stages and support HRIS-driven reporting.

• Comfortable working with system implementation teams to define recruitment process flows, access rights, data fields and reporting requirements.

• Ability to train internal stakeholders on basic recruitment workflow usage where required.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong recruitment execution capability with at least 5 years of hands-on hiring experience.

• Experience in construction chemicals, manufacturing, industrial products, building materials, chemicals or adjacent sectors strongly preferred.

• Good understanding of plant, sales, projects and technical role requirements.

• Strong sourcing capability and ability to build candidate pipelines beyond standard job portal dependency.

• Good stakeholder management with the ability to follow up firmly and professionally.

• Ability to judge candidate stability, compensation fitment, motivation, notice period risk and joining probability.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Telugu / Hindi familiarity will be useful for local hiring.

• Data discipline, recruitment reporting and comfort working with trackers, dashboards and HR systems.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in an HR, TA or staffing role.

• Prior experience hiring for Hyderabad / Telangana-based manufacturing or industrial organizations preferred.

• Proven track record of closing mid-level and operational roles within defined timelines

• Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with business, plant and corporate teams.

• Ability to work independently without heavy supervision while maintaining reporting discipline.

• Preference for candidates who have handled both volume and niche technical hiring. C
