Talent Acquisition Specialist:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions across the organization. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders, hiring managers, and external talent partners to attract, assess, and onboard high-caliber talent aligned to the organization's growth objectives in the Aerospace & Defense domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition generation to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, technical competencies, and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies for niche engineering and leadership positions.
• Build talent pipelines for critical skill areas across Aerospace, Defense, Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, and Program functions.

Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of engineering and technical job roles.
• Expertise in sourcing and hiring niche technical talent.
• Experience in competency-based interviewing and talent assessment.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting for Aerospace & Defense organizations.
• Exposure to manufacturing, aviation, UAV, avionics, embedded systems, propulsion, systems engineering, or defense technologies.
• Experience managing recruitment vendors and search partners.
• Exposure to campus hiring and employer branding initiatives.
