Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across functions. You will work closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and onboard top talent aligned with our culture and growth goals.

Reports to : Head - People, Talent & Culture

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer, and onboarding coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring criteria
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview panels
• Maintain and update the ATS/recruitment tracker regularly
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Track key hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source mix)
• Support employer branding initiatives

What we are looking for

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience (in-house preferred)
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
• Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
