Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in IT recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for contract and permanent roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing capabilities, and prior experience working in a recruitment consultancy.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Handle contract (C2H/Contractual) and permanent hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.

• 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Experience in a recruitment consultancy is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in contract hiring is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong experience with sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
