Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal hiring requirements.
• Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Manage candidate records and recruitment updates in internal systems.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics, interview status, and offer progress.
• Support offer negotiation, documentation, and coordination.
• Contribute to improving sourcing and recruitment strategies

Preferred candidate profile

• 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong experience in Internal Hiring.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job portals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
