Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 36 years of hands-on recruitment experience to join the Talent Acquisition team at Innodata.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and be comfortable managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Experience in hiring Data Annotators, Data Labelers, AI/ML professionals, or other technology/data-related roles will be an added advantage.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment, understands sourcing deeply, can work with hiring managers and stakeholders, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, databases, and other channels.
• Handle multiple positions across different levels and functions.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
• Conduct initial HR/recruitment discussions and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closures.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and recruitment-related reports.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure positions are closed within defined TAT.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Explore new sourcing strategies and channels to improve hiring efficiency.
• Support bulk, niche and specialized hiring requirements as required.
