Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Conduct bulk hiring campaigns for multiple positions simultaneously.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Non IT Recruitment).
• Strong understanding of HR Administration, Recruitment Management, and Talent Sourcing techniques.
• Experience in mass hiring, volume hiring, RCM (Recruitment Consulting & Marketing) is desirable.
