Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1+ year of experience in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, client requirement handling, candidate sourcing, and closure of positions across IT and Non-IT roles. The candidate should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities -

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients while ensuring timely feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and offer terms with candidates.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates until successful onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Collaborate with the Client Success and Delivery teams to ensure timely closures.
• Meet individual hiring targets and maintain quality metrics.

Requirement -

• Experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment within the staffing industry.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.

Qualifications-

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 1+ year of experience in the staffing/recruitment industry.
