Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions within the organization.
• Develop and execute headhunting strategies to attract top talent from competitors and industry leaders.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure successful hires.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in leadership hiring or talent acquisition roles.
• Proven track record of successfully filling critical positions through effective sourcing methods (e.g., headhunting).
• Strong understanding of the IT services & consulting industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
